Who We Are

We are Peter Watson and Sara Doherty, and our coaching business is founded in our shared strong belief that all it takes is the right help to tap into inner resources and find your own unique solutions. Everyone has the potential to learn, develop and change, and coaching plays a critical role in this.

We use the latest professional and academic knowledge to inform our coaching. We are passionate about challenging assumptions and valuing diversity – which is why we especially enjoy working with women and people from minority groups.

To ensure the quality of our practice, we invest in regular supervision, continued professional development, and involvement in coaching networks. Sara is a member of the Association for Coaching and follows their Global Code of Ethics. Peter is a Certified Professional Executive Coach accredited by APECS (Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision) and he follows their ethical guidelines.

It’d be great to get to know you and find out more about where you are and where you want to go.
